My career has taken me from software developer to technical project manager, development manager and senior technology leader. That journey has provided practical experience across the entire software lifecycle, from writing code to leading people, projects and organisational change.

During more than two decades in the software industry I have had the opportunity to work with organisations of different sizes, technologies and business domains. Each role has contributed new perspectives, from software engineering and enterprise integration to project management, organisational leadership and digital transformation. Today I combine that experience to help organisations deliver software successfully while building teams that continue to grow long after projects have been completed.

EIVA • 2021 – 2026Responsible for leading software projects, managing development teams and coordinating delivery across a diverse software portfolio. Worked closely with customers, stakeholders and engineering teams to ensure quality, planning, resource allocation and successful project delivery.
Development Manager
r2p • 2019 – 2021Managed software development teams, international collaboration and software delivery. Responsible for planning, technology coordination, architecture discussions and organisational development.
